Recently I discovered a new love of mine: Printable Planner Stickers.
I always wanted to have a lovely weekly layout for my bullet journal but I was never able to make it look good.
I tried – but every time I failed miserably.
I learned how to draw pretty banners and cute illustrations, but I became bored of drawing them.

Soo… why go through so much hassle anyway? In the end, a bullet journal or planner is there to help you organize your life, not to look good.

Your bullet journal is whatever you want it to be

If you’re a minimalist, go for a minimalistic layout.
If you’re an artist, go for a fancy hand-drawn layout.
If you love a pretty layout and don’t want to spend time creating one – use my printable planner stickers.

I’m a very romantic soul and pretty things just make me happy.
It makes me happy to open my bullet journal to plan my day and see something pretty.
It’s that simple for me.

So if you can relate to what I wrote above, my free printable planner stickers might be the perfect addition to your weekly spread.
And because I’m also a perfectionist, it wasn’t enough for me to just print the stickers and use a glue stick to glue them into my journal.
The white border bothered me.

This tutorial will show you how to make transparent planner stickers to rock your weekly bullet journal layout.
It’s super easy and you don’t need any fancy equipment – no cutting machine, no sticker paper.

Materials needed:

● my FREE Printable Planner Stickers (You can get them by subscribing to my E-Mail list at the end of the post!
It’s worth it – you get access to my free printable library + you will get new printables delivered directly to your inbox!)
● Laser Printer (You will need a laser printer – unfortunately, it won’t work with an inkjet printer! If you only have an inkjet printer – I recommend to buy sticker paper instead.)
● Packing Tape
● Scissors
● Wax paper

Instructions:

Step 1: Print my planner stickers with a laser printer.
Carefully, place packing tape onto the stickers. Make sure that you place packing tape on the whole sticker and avoid bubbles or wrinkles!

Step 2: Cut the stickers.

Step 3: Use a ruler or something similar to smooth out any bubbles or wrinkles you may have. You shouldn’t skip this step! It’s important that the tape is attached evenly to the picture – otherwise, the sticker won’t transfer correctly!

Step 4: Place the stickers in water. The temperature isn’t important.
Leave them in the water for about 10 minutes.

Step 5: Remove the paper from the packing tape. Use your fingers to rub the paper. If they were in the water long enough, the paper should come off easily!

Step 6: Place the wet stickers on wax paper and let them dry. It takes a bit of time for them to dry completely (about 30 minutes).

Step 7: Use your stickers to beautify your bullet journal or planner!
